Ready to take your Installation Engineering skills into a fast‑paced team focused on delivering specialized diagnostic solution installations?

��ý is seeking an Installation Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering specialized installations across diagnostic solutions. In this field-based role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful installation, relocation, and de-installation of high-volume critical analyzers for blood science, molecular, and tissue diagnostics. This position requires regular travel and overnight stays within the UK and Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Execute high-quality installations of diagnostic instruments within allocated timelines.
Manage project deliverables independently while addressing customer queries effectively.
Optimize customer space during installations and adhere to laboratory policies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and IT security protocols.
Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
Share best practices and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team.
Accurately document installation activities and update relevant systems.
Attend training sessions and maintain proficiency in equipment profiles.
Perform on-site support visits for installations, relocations, and de-installations.
Maintain calibrated tools and minimal spare part stock as required.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and apply academic knowledge.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and team members.
Familiarity with health and safety standards and IT security protocols.
